Vendor packets to available at will call at vendor gate during setup and
show hours.
Vendor setup starts Friday 9am to 5pm. Saturday and Sunday 7am.
Commercial vendor tables are intended for dealers, businesses and vendors
selling NEW items. Pricing for commercial vendor tables are
$75 each if
purchased before 1/1/2006 and
$85 each if purchased on or after 1/1/2006.
Commercial vendors have the option of wall or aisle tables at no extra
charge.
Commercial vendor endcaps are
available at $250 for the 3 tables if purchased before 1/1/2006. If
you purchase them on or after 1/1/2006 they are $260. An endcap
consists of three tables at the end of an aisle. An endcap has the advantage
of giving you a "lighthouse effect" where customers will see your
merchandise from different angles as they go around the aisles. Endcaps also
have the advantage that they can be easier to man since you are surrounded
by your items. An endcap will include 3 chairs and 3 entrance tickets.
If you're a dealer you may want to consider having tables indoors for
your regular items and a spot or two outside for your clearance items. Some
folks love to dig through the piles for "gems"! Don't miss out, get your
spot in the outdoor swap!
Unlike some of the pro shows, our pricing covers you for BOTH days of the
show. Each vendor table includes one chair and one entrance ticket. Extra
chairs will be available on a first come first served basis. Extra tickets
can be ordered with your tables or can be purchased at the door the day of
the show. ALL persons in the building on Saturday or Sunday MUST have a
valid entrance ticket. NO EXCEPTIONS!
WiFi
All vendors are required to abide by the Hamboree rules. You will receive
a copy with your vendor packets and you will be required to sign off that
you have received them. A copy of the Hamboree rules will be available on
this site.
NEW FOR 2006! Buy all the tables you want, they are each the same price.
Food or drinks cannot be sold on the fairgrounds except by the in-house
concession stands.
A note to our vendors....
We ask that vendors refrain from packing up early on Sunday. We have gone
to great lengths to advertise our show to technical minded folks not only
within the amateur radio community but also to robotic hobbyist, computer
hobbyist, and electronic hobbyist in general. If you must leave early we ask
that you don't start packing till at least after lunch time. Put yourself in
the newcomers shoes, you walk in to a show at 11am on Sunday and half the
people are packing up. Would you come back? Amateur radio operators may be
used to being early birds on a Sunday but the rest of the tech community
really is not. Let's try expand our horizons and our customer base at the
same time!
